Cancelation & Online Booking Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored…

Last Minute Booking Disclaimer: While I try my best to accommodate everyone’s scheduling requests, my studio is a fair distance from my home and prep time is required before each appointment, so although my online appointment schedule may state that I am available, if you book a last minute appointment (i.e. two hours or less before your desired appointment time), please know that I might have to reach out to you to try to work out an alternative time if I can’t squeeze you in…thank you in advance for your flexibility and understanding!

Parental Consent Required for Minors: I require a Parent Consent Form to be filled out by parent/guardian for all clients under the age of 18

Changing Your Appointment: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without financial penalty.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be financially responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Sickness or Family Emergency: If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and that of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. After that, the cancellation and no show policy is in effect.

Reschedule + Cancellation + No Show Policy: As a courtesy, multiple appointment reminders are sent out by text/email. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment (or if you do not show up for your appointment), you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.

A credit card deposit for all new clients and appointments will be required at the time of online booking and will not be charged unless the aforementioned has occurred. This is to protect the time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to respect and protect my time which books up quickly. In turn, I promise to keep appointments on time and give you my full undivided attention.
